We have our cruise booked and we are heading to the Bahamas for Thanksgiving weekend!!!I will take a lot of pinching pennys this summer to make this vacation happen without the use of any credit cards! I don't want to go into debt for a nice weekend away.
I have come up with different ideas to save money with coupons, sales, meal preping, only eating out when kids eat free, ect.
PS Carnival is having some GREAT sales, go check it out HERE
Today I will tackle something that always hits our pocket book, buying summer clothes for Sean and I on the cheap! I am heading to a local Goodwill store to see if I can find any treasures. They are having a "tag" sale which means any item with that color tag is only 0.99! I will post pictures later tonight :)
For dinner tonight I'm trying a new chicken recipe. Its called Tender Italian Baked Chicken :)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2.In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Place bread crumbs in a separate bowl. Dip chicken into the mayonnaise mixture, then into the bread crumbs to coat. Arrange coated chicken on a baking sheet.
3.Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken juices run clear and coating is golden brown.
I will be pairing it up with some noodles with sauce, a green salad & Ashtons favorite garlic bread sticks! Hoping its a hit!
